Follow my simple steps to know how to get your back your own messages from facebook, To acces your deleted messages,photos,videos and all other data of your facebook profile.
Step 1). First of all open your facebook.com and then open facebook general account settings
Step 2). Once open your general settings,you will see Download a Copy of your facebook data,so click on it.
step 3). on the next page you will see that Download archive button , so click on it and you will be asked to enter password to continue ,Actually this is a facebook security step.
Step 4).After entering your facebook password,just click on submit ,then you will be shown to download link for your data will be sent to the facebook email id ,which you used to create facebook account .
Step 5). Wait for some minutes ,and then check your mail id ,you will get a message from facebook to download your data .
step 6). after downloading the file from facebook,just unzip from winzip or winrar and then open your folder where you will find your deleted messages/photos/videos,friend list,pokes etc,.
thus the files will be in .html format so you have to open using browser to acces your all data.
