Computational journalisms


        it can be defined as the computer application to the activities of journalism such as group of message, grpuping, sense making, communication news dissemination info, while upholding journalism values such as accuracy and check avaliability.







        The field draws on technical aspects of computer science included intelligence of artificial, content analysis visualization, personalization and recommender systems as well as aspects of social computing and message science.


   In spring 2012, Columbia journalism school taught a course called frontiers journalism of computational for the students enrolled in their dual in degree in CS and journalism.


         Topics covered included document vector space representation, algrorithmic and social story selection, language topic models, information visualization, knowledge representation and reasoning, social network analysis, quantitative and qualitative inference, and information security system. if you have any doupts please comment here.
