The wifi is the process of a joining between the internet and mobile or computer communication systems. The with their with standards IEEE does not test equipment for compliance . the non profit Wifi is formed in 1999 to fill this void to establish and enforce standards for interoperability and back ward compatibility and to promote wireless LAN network technology.

to connect to a Wi-Fi LAN computer has to be equipped with a wireless network interface controller.there fore the wifi is the useful hard ware. this is the important of the wifi. The combination of computer and intrface controller is called station. All the stations share a single radio frequency communicatingchannel. Transmissions on this channel are received by all stations with in range.
The hardware does not signal the user that the transmission was delivered and is therefore called a best-effort delivery mechanism. The trasmitting waves are carrier waves the data in packets, referred to as frames of Ethernet. Each station is constantly tuned in on the radio FM channel to transmission available pick up.
